WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
We offer a flat rate of RM8 shipping fee per order within Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 per order within East Malaysia. Shipping fee will be waived for orders over RM200 within Both Peninsular and East Malaysia.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND WHAT ARE THE RATES?
We do ship to Singapore and Malaysia only. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout based on weight and shipping country.
*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY USUALLY TAKES?
For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3 to 7 working days and 7 to 10 working days for East Malaysia & rural areas. For international shipping, it may take up to 20 working days, depending on shipping address.
Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You may track the status of your parcel with respective courier service website with the tracking number we provide. If you still haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery time frame shown on courier tracking page, please contact us and we will assist you further.
WHAT IF I’M NOT AROUND AND MISSED THE DELIVERY?
If you’re not in when the parcel arrives, our courier partner will leave a note at your doorstep. There will be details on how to pick up your parcel or re-arrange the delivery.
